Armin: “Someday, we must visit the world beyond the Wall!”

image

Eren: “You’re right! I don’t want to live our entire lives inside the Wall, ignorant of the outside world!”

image

Levi: “In that case, you should join the Scouting Legion!”

image

Mikasa: “Absolutely not! The outside of the Wall is dangerous.”

image

Levi: “Grr… the inside of the Wall isn’t necessarily safe either…”

image

Armin: “It’s true. There’s no proof the Wall might not be destroyed today.”

Vagrant Story. Story. Wish it was a bit longer, there’s a lot of plot points they could’ve explored more and while the ending didn’t imply a sequel, they could clearly make one. (Though with Squenix.. I’d rather not have a mobile pay2win Vagrant Story)I must say that the story does have that whimsical feeling I get from Sakaguchi’s games. (He wasn’t in this one though) It lets you know what you need to know and leaves out some specific details to add to the mystery of the world. It was really well done though, makes me wonder what the hell happened with FFTactics’ localization, this one was amazingly well done. I guess they learned from their mistakes.Gameplay wise.. Damn. I almost ragequit this game. It’s really unforgiving at the start, but then it eases up once you can actually start making your own gear.Innovative and interesting, it definitely could use some more polish but it was a nice experience.Music. The game wasn’t very.. melodical?, the music was there to set the mood and it did its job properly. It certainly did work wonders. The boss fights are more upbeat, you’ll feel that Ivalice vibe if you played FFTactics and FFXII.Final ‘dungeon’ theme kept you hyped until the end.Overall a really nice experience. Recommend it to anyone with a bit of patience. Iunno what to play next really, I’ll figure something out.

Wild Arms 2
That was a pretty damn good JRPG. I felt that the amazing story was getting destroyed by the terrible localization though.Good imagination and an open mind can fix that though (Like Breath of Fire 2 and PS1 version of Final Fantasy Tactics)
Battles felt slow but didn’t really not dull. But granted, I found myself looking at other things while the battle animations went on. Haha.
The puzzles were damn hard. Holy shit. You’re up for a good adventure if you’re not using a walkthrough, pretty sure my damn game time doubled due to these, but then again that’s what makes it Wild Arms.
Good music from start to finish.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhLfLUtBZA4
I won’t say this game’s for everyone because it isn’t. It’s pretty dated and will make a lot of people just quit halfway through, but if you persist on you’re in for a treat.
